Navigating life with a newborn can be uncertain and overwhelming. Not only are you learning to care for your baby, you’re learning to care for the new mother in this unfamiliar season. This 3-hour course will encourage parents to slow down and cherish the vital mother-baby relationship. It will cover the practical essentials of breastfeeding and newborn care but also the physical, emotional and mental healing after delivery. Most importantly, it will give parents the assurance that they intuitively have the ability to nurture and support their new family.
